In The Begining

This is going to be great fun! Let's see if I can ruffle a feather, or perhaps rock a boat shall we.

We all know the government these days is really outta control, so I feel I need to start there. So, without ruffling ANY ONES feathers I think it's safe to say We The People need to correct this mess that we call our government.
The place that we start that is in our home town - then our state - and then on the federal level. Our votes need to count, so on the local level we have to make certain that our polling locations and equipment are secure from fraud. Always push you officials to be "transparent" with whichever system they are using (which is currently a LARGE problem). We can do that by publishing letters in local print media, and use our local gov. website to the best of our ability by using e-mail, names, addresses, phone and fax numbers.
We can no longer go with the official that says "don't worry, be happy". We have to actually BE happy with the system. If we can handle that issue, then I think it gets easier from there, because it will then simply fall to how well the voters get out there to vote.

Now can any one left, right, or neither, possibly not want, or rather need that kind of change? I'll answer that - NO - Not if they want an honest election.. Go ahead..rock my boat.
